The Ameribotics Robotic Case & Tray Packer is a fully automated end-of-line solution designed for high-speed clamshell applications. The system handles up to 70 ppm and can pack products into either RSC cases or trays using an ABB robotic pick-and-place system.With integrated tray forming and case sealing, the system streamlines case packing while providing a flexible foundation for further automation, including robotic or cobot palletizing. This installation is the second phase of automation for a customer, building on their existing automated weighing and clamshell packaging line.Key Features:
